Spending your money on something that you haven't even touched might be intimidating. We understand. Which is why we invite you to judge our speakers in your own home. Should our speakers / stands not fit your taste, we will arrange the return shipment for you.

How it Works …

First, you purchase the product. Once the order arrives at your doorstep, the 45-day trial begins. Should you feel inclined to return the product within that 45-day time span, contact us by email and we'll provide you with a return label or arrange a pickup depending on your location. After verifying that the product is in good condition, we will start the refund process which can take three to 10 days. 

 

This part is important ...

When returning the product, note that it must be in the same condition as when you received it. If there are signs of user-related damage or missing accessories, then we will assess the situation and consider deducting a portion of the return solely at our reasonable discretion. The original shipping box is needed for returns; we do not accept a return without it.
